Through reading eBook over slow

A study by Dr. Jakob Nielsen of the Nielsen Norman Group - a product development consulting company explaining reading inscriptions on electronic books ( eBooks ) will be slower than reading text manually.

"reading the conventional method was faster than through eBooks, " said Nielsen. The study was done by comparing 24 people kindle 2 eBooks users, applications and iBooks on iPad who read manually.

The result the ability to read eBooks on those who use slower than the 10.7 percent who read the manual. In addition to measuring the speed of reading, Nielsen also analyze their understanding after reading the text.

Overall, taking every user Kindle 2, iPad and manual readers took an avarage of 17 minutes and 20 second to read the story. However, readers of the printed book occupies a top position in terms of speed reading. As for reading by using the iPad 6.2 percent slower than reading straight through paper
